[Eat at Home] Baked Brussels Sprouts and Green Beans Feat. Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries (Gifted)

I was approached by Ocean Spray to create a recipe that features Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries.

Thank you to Ocean Spray for sending me some Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries to try for free for this post.

I have been attending a few foodie events in New York City recently and have been connecting with inspirational foodie recipe creators.

I am not really a cook, but I have been wanting to try and be more creative in my kitchen recently.

I mean, by looking at the picture, it's quite obvious that recipe food photography is not my forte.

I wanted to create a nice, seasonal food that would be a great side dish on the holiday table (and beyond).

I didn't really measure anything, so you can obviously add or subtract whatever you want based on what you like!

I wanted to try to make something savory with the Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries since I have tried baked goods made with them in the past (and I will soon try baking again with them in the near future).

So, since it's Brussels sprouts season and green beans are delicious, I decided I wanted to make a nice savory green dish for my family's holiday table.

I used the following in my creation:
- Fresh Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved (I used 1 pound, but you can use how much you want to use)
- Fresh Green beans, trimmed (I used about 5 ounces because they were leftover from another meal)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Minced garlic (I love garlic, so I added a ton of it)
- Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning (I added about 4-5 twists)
- Minced white onions (I used about 1/4 cup, but that's because some of the eaters do not like onions)
- Black Pepper (I used about 1 tbsp and then added some extra on to taste)
- Korean red pepper (I added about 1 tbsp)
- Sesame Oil (I honestly don't know how much I added, I just added it to the tray)
-1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries, and more for garnish
- Goat Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cut and trim the Brussels sprouts and green beans, halve and put in a mixing bowl.
3. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the bowl (or more depending on how much oil you like and how many vegetables you have) and mix. Add garlic, onions, everyday seasoning, black pepper, red pepper, and sesame oil. Mix.
4. Add to baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Stir the vegetables and add in the Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries.
6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes (or until your vegetables reach the desired crispness).
7. Top with more Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries and goat cheese and serve.

I was gifted by Ocean Spray® for this post. The Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries were provided to me for free for my post.

[Skincare Review] Head-to-Head Test: Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair vs. La Mer The Concentrate

As promised, here is my blog comparing the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair vs. the La Mer The Concentrate. FTC disclaimer: I was sent both of these items for free in exchange for my full and honest review. I tried to be as scientific as humanly possible. I had a blinded reviewer (my mom) who was actually unaware I was even doing a skincare test, so her opinion is completely blinded and she tried really hard to give a full and honest review of differences she noticed. I did this for 2 weeks. In the 14 days before the test, I was testing out the Estee Lauder ANP product in exchange for my review. I had enough product left (and actually received a second sample to test). My nighttime skincare routine was the same as usual. 1) DHC Cleansing Oil - Buy from YesStyle | Buy from Amazon 2) Micellar Water (for eye makeup) 3) Rosette Cleansing Paste Sea Clay Smooth - Buy From YesStyle  | Buy from Amazon I used my PMD Clean (from CAUSEBOX) to wash my face.
