Look at how delicious my pomegranate vinegar looks!

Ahhh, so excited to taste test it tomorrow.
The color is so much deeper now. Compare this picture with the day 1. You can barely see the pomegranate seeds now, whereas before you could see everything.
When I hold it up to the light, I can see that the pomegranate juice has come out of the seeds.
Seriously, so excited.

      It turned out really well, actually! I have made it three or four times since then! I highly recommend it! You can change the amount of sugar in the recipe to fit your tastes.
